Do you have or need remote access to your office or home-office computer or computer system. When remote access is needed there is more to consider than hardware and software. Bandwidth at both locations is often overlooked.
Computer Update and Upgrade
Replace older desktop computers and laptop computers with Private Label, Lenovo and Dell with more powerful processors, larger SDD or mechanical hard drives, additional memory and Windows 11 Operating Systems.

Windows 7 and Windows 8.0,8.1 are no longer supported.
Windows 10 22H2 support is scheduled to expire October 2025.
Preventive Maintenance
​Computer Preventive Maintenance Desktop:
Disassemble and clean CPU chassis, replace fans as needed. Test and reseat power connections. Reassemble and clean exterior of desktop chassis. Run disk utilities and verify the local hard drive is being defragmented. Power Supply and fan replacement, additional charge.

Laser Printer Preventive Maintenance:
Disassemble and clean printer. Clean paper paths. Inspect and clean all rollers and pads. Reassemble and clean exterior of printer. Roller or pad replacement additional charge.
Computer Internet Maintenance
​Check all Microsoft updates are installed to date. Remove temporary files, Temporary Internet Files and remove Cookies. Verify Windows Security is up to date. Install third party Malware/Adware removal tool if needed and run a full system scan to check for Root-Kits, Malware, Adware, Spyware and Internet Worms/Trojans.
