Monthly Service Contracts are available from 5 to 9 Hours. This prepaid Contract will allow purchase of time increments between 5 and 9 hours which will include a 24 business hours response time. This prepaid Monthly contract will be restricted to the block amount any additional hours will be billed at the regular hourly rate.
Monthly Service Contracts are available from 10 to 19 Hours. This prepaid Contract will allow purchase of time increments between 10 and 19 hours which will include a 16 business hours response time. This prepaid Monthly contract will be restricted to the block amount any additional hours will be billed at the regular hourly rate and regular response time will apply. Depending on size of the Contract some time may be roller over in to the following Month.
Monthly Service Contracts are available from 20 to 30 Hours. This prepaid Contract will allow purchase of time increments between 20 and 30 hours which will include an 8 business hours response time. This prepaid Monthly contract will be restricted to the block amount any additional hours will be billed at the regular hourly rate and regular response time will apply. EXTENDED WARRANTY:
